1. Ecosystem Overview
These Terms govern your access to and engagement with the "Original Hustle Coin" (OHC) digital ecosystem. By registering an account, initiating a transaction, or connecting a wallet, you explicitly agree to operate within these predefined parameters.
2. Web3 Wallet Integration
Our platform utilizes the TonConnect protocol to interface securely with your TON wallet. By authorizing a connection, you grant the application read-only access to your public cryptographic address, allowing the ecosystem to verify transactions, route fiat commissions, and associate on-chain activity with your internal profile.
3. Proof-of-Time Mining & Distribution
All "mining," hash rates, virtual balances, and distribution metrics displayed are intrinsic mechanisms of the OHC application logic. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring their usage complies with these Terms and any live directives broadcasted via the user interface. OHC reserves the right to calibrate reward emission rates to ensure long-term ecosystem stability.
4. Liability & Risk Acknowledgment
The ecosystem and its proprietary tools are provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum threshold permitted by international law, Original Hustle Coin and its operators bear no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your interaction with the platform, smart contracts, or third-party wallet providers.
